I am a Fractional CMO and Global Marketing Leader helping sustainable brands, NGOs, women-led businesses and queer leaders grow with strategy, visibility and meaningful impact.

My path into marketing was never conventional. As a migrant woman with a background in computer science, I began my career in tech, working across agencies, startups and publishing environments in Germany before building an international career across Europe and beyond. Over the years, I have worked with global organizations including Google, Miro and Amnesty International, leading digital marketing, communications and growth strategies across diverse industries and markets.

What has always driven me is not just growth, but purpose. After years working across corporate structures, fast-growing startups and international teams, I chose to build a career rooted more intentionally in my values: sustainability, human rights, inclusion and ethical leadership. Living and working as a freelancer and digital nomad in the Netherlands deepened my global perspective and reinforced my belief that marketing should not only perform, but contribute to a more equitable and conscious world.

Today, I partner with organizations and founders who create meaningful change — from sustainability visionaries and nonprofits to women and queer-led businesses building more inclusive futures. With over 10 years of international experience across digital strategy, performance marketing, SEO, brand communications, automation and growth, I combine analytical thinking with human-centered storytelling to help purpose-driven organizations scale sustainably and authentically.

Outside of work, I dedicate much of my time to volunteering, advocacy and community initiatives connected to human rights, sustainability and LGBTQIA+ visibility. Based in Amsterdam and working globally, I believe the future belongs to brands that lead with integrity, cultural intelligence and genuine impact.
